IFS Food (International Featured Standards)
Certified since 2008
The IFS standard aims to encourage high-class selection of branded food suppliers for large-scale distribution on the basis of their ability to provide safe products which are compliant with statutory specifications and legal requirements. Like the BRC-GSFS standard, this is one of the food safety standards which is recognised by the GFSI, and involves a product certification scheme which monitors and checks processing methods and compliance with hygiene criteria throughout the distribution chain, to guarantee food safety.

BRC Food
Certified since 2008
The BRC - Global Standard for Food Safety - is one of the food safety standards recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI); its main aim is to strengthen and promote food safety throughout the supply chain. The purpose of the standard is to ensure the safety of food products by means of established quality standards.
