We make several types of mortadella, from the most traditional Bologna IGP to more original varieties with the addition of ingredients such as truffle, olives, chilli pepper and pistachios. Our flexibility means we can supply our customers with their favourite products, and we produce mortadellas in various sizes ranging from 150 g to 100kg, In our factory, a simple, classic mixture of pork neck, shoulder and minced ham, along with our original recipe and slow simmering results in an irresistible product.
